Since soy milk taste better than cow's milk, does this mean?

the bovine death rate will soon rocket because the ones kept alive for the sole purpose of milk production will now be included as fillet mignon sources? And has anyone tried cheese made of soy milk? Does it taste better than those produced from cow's milk?
