Is this meal plan okay and how can I increase my calories without feeling bloated?
Never include Kashi in your diet. Do you know that cereal can cause weight gain? Even special K “diet” cereals. Nah they dont work. Stick with oatmeal and the yougurt and grapes. Oatmeal will help you lsoe weight. Keep a journal of what you eat and before you eat something write it down what you are about to eat and WHY you are eating it. Sometimes you have cravings for food, when really, you are dehydrated and do not have enough water to drink. Wait 7 minutes, drink a glass of water before each meal. That will fill you up and make you eat less of whats on your plate. Never eat in front of the television, reading a book/magazine, computer, etc. Have you ever noticed how you never pay attention to what you eat when you are in front of the television? Food is about enjoying it. You can eat the same amount of food per day but in a fewer amount and more servings. I prefer not to eat after 6pm as you cant eat 4 hours before you go to sleep since eating later on, the cells will convert themselves into fat which will be stored in your body. Good luck.
